Agrish Reannounces and Expands Recall of Adult Portable Bed Rails Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Entrapment and Asphyxiation; Violate Mandatory Standard for Adult Portable Bed Rails; Additional Units Added
CPSC Product recall issued Oct 1, 2026.
This recall involves Agrish-branded adult portable bed rails, models AG-12011, 12014 and 12016, for use on adult beds. The model numbers are printed in the owner’s manual and labeled on the bed rail’s metal post. The recalled bed rails have white tubing with rounded gray foam rubber handle grips. Each model has multiple batch numbers and manufacture dates listed on the unit and the instruction manual.
Stop using the product immediately, even if yours seems fine. CPSC recalls are issued after a hazard is confirmed, often from a small number of incidents.
Read the remedy line on the notice — it will say refund, replacement, or free repair kit. Companies must honor it whether or not you have a receipt.
Do not resell or donate a recalled item. Reselling recalled products is illegal, and thrift shops are a common way they keep circulating.
For nursery and toy recalls, check secondhand and hand-me-down gear too. That is where recalled cribs, sleepers, and bassinets usually turn up.
Report a product that hurt someone at SaferProducts.gov. Those reports are the main trigger for new investigations.
