YunHeng Recalls LandTale Bed Rails Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Entrapment and Asphyxiation; Violate Mandatory Standard for Adult Portable Bed Rails
CPSC Product recall issued Oct 1, 2026.
This recall involves the LandTale-branded adult portable bed rails. The bed rails have a white frame with black foam rubber grips and measure about 18 inches wide by 42 inches high. “LandTale” and SKU “EBR001” are printed on the instruction manual and the product packaging.
Stop using the product immediately, even if yours seems fine. CPSC recalls are issued after a hazard is confirmed, often from a small number of incidents.
Read the remedy line on the notice — it will say refund, replacement, or free repair kit. Companies must honor it whether or not you have a receipt.
Do not resell or donate a recalled item. Reselling recalled products is illegal, and thrift shops are a common way they keep circulating.
For nursery and toy recalls, check secondhand and hand-me-down gear too. That is where recalled cribs, sleepers, and bassinets usually turn up.
Report a product that hurt someone at SaferProducts.gov. Those reports are the main trigger for new investigations.
